Travel Grants
1. Young Travel Grants, includes:
- Free Main Congress Registration to WCES'25
- USD 500 each
Note: A total of four (4 )grants will be awarded.
2. ELSA Outreach Program Travel Grant, includes:
- Free Main Congress Registration to WCES'25
- USD 700 each
Note: A total of ten (10) grants will be awarded.
The offer is valid only for:
- Member of ELSA, and/or
- Member of the IFSES Member Societies (see the list of member societies here)
Priority will be given to applicants:
- members of 35 years and younger
- with an accepted oral presentation over those with an accepted poster or abstract.
- residing in a low or lower-middle-income country as defined by the World Bank income classification, the list can be found here.
Only completed applications with the correct supporting documents will be considered. The IFSES-ELSA Scientific Committee will make the grant decision based on merit and need. Endorsement by the Organising Committee on the travel grant is final.
Grant recipients will be personally responsible for all travel arrangements including, but not limited to, air/train/bus tickets, hotel booking, and insurance.
Disbursement of Funds
The grant will be disbursed at the Congress. Successful applicants shall collect the grant personally from the Congress Secretariat onsite.
