Published over 300 research articles in international journals and won awards for innovative techniques. Authored five books in Surgery and Laparoscopy of International repute. First time, Indian books have been published in various languages like Spanish, Chinese, Korean, etc.
Humble background
Hailing from ordinary agricultural family, daily wage labourer due to want of living, after long struggle he completed primary school education at the age of 21.
This motivated him to do service to the people through by providing modern care in gastroenterology which is common problem of the public. His life is an inspiration to all.
