Amanda Lim Singapore

Dr Amanda Lim is a consultant endocrinologist from NUH. Her clinical interest is in type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. She spent a year at the Imperial Weight Centre to advance her practice in obesity management. She is currently the programme director of the NUHS Endocrinology senior residency programme. She was awarded the NMRC New Investigator Grant for her work investigating hepatic and peripheral insulin resistance. She is particularly interested in the psychosocial aspects of obesity care and patient perspectives of diabetes and obesity.
