Endocrinology and Metabolic Society of Singapore (EMSS) is the defacto, national-level, independent, and non-profit group representing and supporting the educators, clinical practitioners and scientists involved in Endocrinology and Metabolic Medicine.
The Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society of Singapore (OMSSS) is a professional organisation championing the advancement of bariatric and metabolic surgery in Singapore. It was founded in 2011 and serves to bring together surgeons, endocrinologists, dieticians, psychologists, physiotherapists and allied health professionals involved in the management of morbidly obese individuals.
The OMSSS is also a member of the Asia Pacific Chapter of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and metabolic disorders (IFSO).
Established in 2001, the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO) aims to promote the study of obesity in Singapore including its causes, manifestations, prevention and treatment. SASO is a member of the Asia-Oceania Association for the Study of Obesity (AOASO) and an affiliate member of the World Obesity Federation (WOF).

Any cancellation or change of your registration must be done in writing to the OBES 2025 organiser and will be subject to the following conditions:
The name change will only be possible for confirmed and paid registrations.
Should a registered delegate not be able to attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
In case of double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee is applicable on the refund.
In the event of serious, special or unforeseen circumstances beyond organiser's control and other than Force Majeure, the organiser shall be entitled to cancel the event. Registered participants shall not be entitled to seek compensation for any costs or damages incurred other than the registration fees paid to the organisers, which will be reimbursed to the registrant. We strongly advise all participants to obtain appropriate insurance to cover travel, accommodation and any other costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement of the event.
