Important Deadlines

Registration Fee Payment Deadline by Presenting Author: 30 September 2025 (Tuesday)
Material Submission Deadline: 15 October 2025 (Wednesday)

Here are a few tips to make sure your presentation is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions

General Guidelines

Oral Presentation / Rapid Oral Presentation The presenting author is required to deliver the presentation in person during the session and participate in the Q&A session. Accepted abstract will be published in the Asian Journal of Endoscopic Surgery (ASES) only if the presenting author is registered and paid
E-Poster Display The Poster (in JPG) will be displayed on the website and on-site digital boards.
Video Presentation Only a select number of shortlisted video abstracts will be presented in person and will participate in the Q&A session.
Video Display ALL accepted video abstracts will be made available on the ELSA YouTube Channel for on-site and on-demand viewing.

Presentation Format & Specification

All presenters for oral, rapid oral, and video presentations must be physically present for their session and prepared to participate in the live Q&A.

Rapid Oral Presentation

5 Minutes
4 minutes for presentation,

Video Presentation

The video must include a voice-over, but it should not contain any background music. This ensures the video can be played on the digital board and on YouTube. During your presentation, your voice-over will be muted, and you will be expected to deliver a live presentation based on the submitted video.
Video Display 3 minutes of recording

E-poster Display Posters are considered to be of equal importance as oral presentations in the core scientific program. They will be displayed on the digital board during the congress, and on-demand on the website.
