Dr. Sabaretnam Mayilvaganan, MCh, DNB, FACS, FAIS, FICS Additional Professor, Department of Endocrine Surgery Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, India Dr. Sabaretnam Mayilvaganan is a distinguished Endocrine and Breast Surgeon at SGPGIMS, Lucknow, with wide-ranging expertise in thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and breast diseases. Trained at premier institutions in India and abroad, he is recognized for pioneering safe and patient-centric surgical practices. His clinical acumen, academic contributions, and commitment to surgical education have earned him national and international acclaim. He serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Surgeons of Rural India (ASRI) and plays active leadership roles in the Indian Association of Endocrine Surgeons (IAES), Association of Breast Surgeons of India (ABSI), and Asian Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AsAES). He has been invited as faculty to numerous national and global conferences, including the World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery (WCES 2025) and AsAES 2025 in Seoul, where his contributions have been recognized with multiple awards and travel grants.
