Liu Hui Min Singapore

Dr Liu Huimin is a Senior Consultant Colorectal Surgeon in the Department of General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. She is an accredited specialist with the Singapore Medical Council and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Liu's clinical interests lie in minimally invasive colorectal surgery and proctology. She pursued advanced colorectal surgery fellowships at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand and the Cancer Institute Hospital in Tokyo, Japan. ​In addition to her surgical practice, Dr Liu has a keen interest in medical education and quality improvement. She serves as the Associate Program Director of the National Healthcare Group General Surgery Residency Programme and is a senior clinical lecturer and examiner at both the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (National University of Singapore) and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (Nanyang Technological University). Furthermore, she holds the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Patient Records Review Subcommittee and acts as a mentor for the hospital's Clinical Practice Improvement Programme.
