Dr Sue-Anne Toh CEO & Co-Founder, NOVI Health Dr Sue-Anne Toh is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of NOVI Health, a multi-disciplinary medical practice and health technology company dedicated to transforming the prevention and management of metabolic diseases across the continuum of care. She concurrently serves as Adjunct Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Honorary Senior Consultant and Director at the National University Hospital (NUH), and Founding Director of the Singapore Population Health Improvement Centre (SPHERiC). A respected clinician, researcher & leader in the fields of diabetes, metabolism, weight management & population health, Dr Toh brings decades of clinical and academic experience. She previously held the role of Senior Consultant, Endocrinology, at NUH, and Director, Regional Health System Office, at the National University Health System (NUHS). She leads one of the world’s largest comprehensive studies on the progression to diabetes in Asian populations and has contributed extensively to national clinical, research & innovation initiatives. These include the Ministry of Health Lipid Clinical Practice Guidelines Workgroup, the National Diabetes Research Taskforce, National Telehealth Implementation, Outpatient to Community Care, and Precision Medicine: Clinical Practice Adoption Workgroups, among others. Dr Toh has received multiple national & international honours, including the American Heart Association Awards, Singapore’s National Medical Research Council Clinician Scientist Award, Public Service (PS21) Gold Award, and the National Healthcare Innovation & Productivity Excellence Champion Medal. She graduated with BA, MA (Pharmacology) and MBBChirdegrees from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, in 2002, and subsequently obtained American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certifications in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. She also holds a Master of Science in Translational Research from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
