Dr Lui Su Ann is a Consultant in the Division of General Surgery with sub-specialty interest in Breast & Oncoplastic Surgery. She graduated from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2013 and joined the NUHS General Surgery Residency Programme in 2015, serving as the Chief Resident in her final year. She earned the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCS) in 2016, followed by the Master of Medicine (Surgery) in 2018. In 2020, Dr Lui was conferred the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) and was accredited as a Specialist in General Surgery by the Specialist Accreditation Board. Dr Lui was awarded the Human Manpower Development Programme Scholarship, through which she completed advanced training in minimally invasive breast surgery training at the Taipei Medical University Hospital, Taiwan and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan in 2024. In 2025, She further pursued her fellowship training in oncoplastic breast surgery at the Monash Cancer Center, Australia. Practice and Specialisation Dr Lui's clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of benign and malignant breast conditions, including screening and detection, breast cancer evaluation, diagnosis, counselling, surgical management, and post-treatment surveillance. Her surgical expertise includes mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery and a comprehensive range of oncoplastic techniques, with advanced training in both endoscopic and robotic breast surgery.
