Dr Seow graduated from University of Aberdeen & undertook postgraduate training in West of Scotland. He is an adjunct assistant professor, YLL School of Medicine, NUS. He is a core faculty in the General Surgery Residency Program, NUHS. He has been elected to be the Chairman, Chapter of General Surgery, College of Surgeons of Singapore recently.
